Shania Twain Touring After 3-Year Hiatus
First Leg Of Tour To Hit 40 Cities

After three years, country-pop superstar Shania Twain is "up" for another concert tour.
Twain announced Tuesday that her first worldwide tour in three years will kick off Sept. 25 in Canada. The Canadian-born singer is touring in support of her album "Up!," which was released last November.Twain is expected to play 40 dates during the first leg of the tour, although only 18 dates were listed in the initial release, according to Billboard online.The first of the 18 shows is at the Copps Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, with dates listed through Dec. 7, when she'll play a venue to be announced in Vancouver, British Columbia.In between, Twain will play cities that include Pittsburgh; Boston; East Rutherford, N.J.; Philadelphia; St. Paul, Minn.; Washington, D.C.; and Detroit.Twain said she wants each show to be like a huge party, and will play each venue "in the round" to be at the center of each crowd.Tour Dates:
