David Bowie Another week, another contest. This time we're asking about local bands (who play original music). Got a favorite in your area? If they have a Web page, send in the link so we can learn about them. I'll have a random drawing among those who take part. For example, click here to find out about Jack Brass Band , based out of Minneapolis. The guy who sits next to me, Parker Hodges, (pictured, left), is a big fan. Just send those links right here. Away we go!

Chris CopeThe Cope Column
This week, our married-with-no-kids guy focuses on beer. Hmm. Funny how that works out. Anyway, his name is Chris Cope and he's now a brewmiester. As he put it, "The person who originally thought up beer must have been an absolute genius." Drink it all in by clicking right here.

OscarsThe Oscars Hype Page, Part One
The clock is ticking toward Oscar time. It's this Sunday night and if you don't click into our special Oscar section, you'll never forgive yourself. Also, check out the latest "Celebrity Chatter" column from Michelle Solomon as she takes a look at "Awards You'll Never See." Her column is right here.

Prof. Wrestling The Professor Is Almost Perfect
Another fantastic columnist we have is named Prof. Wrestling. Last Friday, this masked freak gave you a nifty preview of WWE's "No Way Out" event. Today, we have the results from that pay-per-view. Actually, I was going to run this one last night, but I had the day off. So, yeah, it's getting a little crusty, but a lot of loving care went into it. So here he is. Read the column, or risk getting hit in the head with a folding chair.

That's it. To quote the great Jack Buck, "We'll see ya … tomorrow night!"
