The makers of Tylenol announced another recall in a long line of problems concerning a musty odor.McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc., announced the recall of one product lot (60,912 bottles) of Extra Strength Caplets, 225 count bottles, distributed in the U.S.The voluntary recall is centered around the ongoing problem with 2,4,6-tribromoanisole, a trace chemical used as a fungicide in packaging materials.Manufacturers of Tylenol said 2,4,6-tribromoanisole generates an offensive odor and has been linked to "temporary and non-serious gastrointestinal symptoms."The recalled pills carry the lot number of ABA619 and the UPC code 300450444271.Consumers with the recalled pills can call 1-888-222-6036 for information on replacing them or find more information at Tylenol.com.
