The day after Thanksgiving is the busiest shopping day of the year, and a good time to get in a solid day's aerobic activity. If you're heading out to the mall, grab your shopping list, put on your walking shoes and eat a good breakfast.Start your day off right with carbohydrates for energy and protein for sustained energy.Consider the following breakfast ideas:
- Cereal topped with yogurt and fruit.
- Whole-grain toast with peanut or soy nut butter with a glass of milk.
- A leftover turkey and cranberry sauce sandwich.
