Are you itching to see Sidney, Neb.?
It's the itchiest city in the country, according to the people behind Lanacane skin creams.
Sidney City Manager Gary Person isn't too worried about the dubious distinction. Despite all the dry skin in Sidney, he said he doesn't see a lot of wrinkled people around.
But he said Sidney isn't about to post a sign at the city limits saying, "Welcome to the itchiest city in America."
According to the daily readings of the Lanacane Dry, Itchy Skin Index, the following
cities ranked the highest for dry skin itching in February 2002:
