Vanity Fair magazine has dubbed Chelsea Clinton "the new JFK Jr.," in terms of sex appeal.
The daughter of former President Bill Clinton and New York Sen. Hillary Rodham
Clinton has succeeded in making the transition from awkward adolescent to 20-something sex symbol, according to a recent article in the London magazine.
No one would have thought it when Chelsea Clinton first emerged as a young girl with braces in billowing Laura Ashley dresses, the article continued.
Chelsea Clinton now is studying at Oxford University in England,
following in her father's footsteps.
She's often photographed at hip hangouts or with Hollywood celebrities.
She even made an appearance at the Oscar's sitting alongside Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow. London's The Guardian newspaper reported that the young woman was seen recently in the company of actor Kevin Spacey and musicians Bono and Paul McCartney.
And her romance with an American Rhodes scholar is tabloid fodder.
Before John F. Kennedy Jr. died in a 1999 plane crash, there was much speculation about whether he would follow in his father's footsteps and seek political office. When asked if she has
political aspirations, Chelsea Clinton said she's just trying to be a student.
