The special two-disc collector's set includes the original theatrical edition of the Academy Award-nominated film (Best Picture, 1991), plus its special edition version (featuring a new musical sequence), and an edition that shows the film as a work in progress.
Among the disc set's special features are filmmaker commentary tracks; a look at the Broadway musical inspired by the film; in-depth documentaries on the animation process and the music, featuring the film's Oscar-winning composers Alan Menken and the late Howard Ashman.
Other features include games, music videos, art galleries and more.
Five winners will be selected at random to win the DVD. "Beauty and the Beast" Special Edition will be available on VHS and DVD Oct. 8.
