Potato Chips Made Healthy
Potato chips are a favorite snack for many people. But the high fat content often makes them taboo.
Of course there are the baked chips, but if you want to come close to real potato chip taste and you're willing to take a little extra time, make your own.
Wash a large potato and cut it into thin slices. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place the potato slices in a single layer on the tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle the slices with paprika and bake them for 30 minutes, turning twice.
While this may take a little longer than opening a bag of chips, it's a great way to make your favorite treats healthier.
