He found it on the bun of his sandwich when he went to put salt and pepper on it.Another customer was not as fortunate.Police said a 21-year-old who went through the drive-through at the same Burger King ended up getting sick after one bite.According to police documents, after she went back to the restaurant and called police, she had a seizure and had to be taken to a hospital.Police have arrested Woody Duclos on charges of poisoning food with intent to kill or injure a person. They also charged his co-worker, Bryant Jones, after they said he admitted selling the pills to Duclos. The district manager told police that Duclos was recently suspended for misconduct, and she believes "he did this because he was disgruntled and angry at the business," according to the police report.Burger King issued a statement Tuesday that said the independently owned and operated restaurant has fired the two employees, and that it is working with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
