No purchase necessary. From 7 to 11 a.m., 7-Eleven is giving away free medium cups of their hot coffee. One per customer, while supplies last.At Caribou, it's buy one coffee and get one for a friend for free.Though rumored to be participating, Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks told the Washington Post they are not handing out free coffee.
