Ms. Napier is an accomplished author and lecturer and has written for Shape Magazine, the Harvard Health Letter, Tuft's Diet and Nutrition Letter, Parenting, Prevention, Good Housekeeping and a number of other publications. She is also the Founder and Consulting Creative Director of the Cleveland Clinic Heart Center's Culinary Program as well as a nutrition spokesperson for the American Heart Association. Ms. Napier received her Master of Science degree in Public Health from the Yale University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical and Therapeutic Dietetics from the University of Minnesota. Kristine is also a chef and working on her 6th cook book.
