Single baby boomers like to travel just as much as their married counterparts. However, when singles travel, they have different priorities for their vacation destination.

Instead of a place that provides opportunities for seclusion and intimacy, single baby boomers often want vacation areas that provide plenty of opportunities to meet and interact with other singles.

Vacation Hot Spot No. 1: Costa Rica

This Latin American country is very popular among retirees because it is beautiful and has a stable government. It also is affordable, and real estate investments here are not only plentiful but also tend to produce excellent returns.

And if you are looking to meet other singles, then the night scene here is the place for you. Costa Ricans are very friendly, and there are night clubs scattered throughout the bigger cities.
