Web Site of the Week columnist Wayne Harrison Unlike the TV show, it was really mom who always knew best.

I figured that out when I heard Dad ask Mom for advice.

But where can moms go to when they need advice?

Enter ClubMom.com, a Web site devoted to the care and feeding of moms everywhere. The site was co-founded by "The View" co-host Meredith Vieira.

ClubMom claims to be the first and only club that rewards, celebrates, and recognizes moms, every day, both online and offline. Mom-driven and inspired, the site is open to all moms, and membership is free.

The site is a little more than a year old and already nearly two million moms have joined, and thousands more are joining daily.

Why a club just for moms? Because, the site says, they deserve it. "Moms have the most challenging, most important, and most fulfilling job in the world," the site proclaims.

ClubMom gives moms exclusive savings opportunities, a community to connect with other moms, timesaving tools, parenting advice and money-saving coupons from strategic partners like JC Penney, Pier 1 and KB Toys.

There's also a nifty little thing called a "complaint wizard" that asks you a series of questions and drafts a complaint letter, based on your answers.

I wanted to check out the theory of a parallel universe, so I looked for a ClubDad.com on the Web. I was surprised to find typing in that URL belongs to a company that produces "Quality Printed Circuit Boards." This goes along with my discovery of a women's bank, but not a men's bank. Apparently the parallel universe isn't exactly parallel.

If you're a mom, or about to be, I think you'll find this site fits your lifestyle.

There are some other sites devoted to moms: Bizymoms, Home-Based Working Moms, FrugalMoms, Moms-Refuge, and MiserlyMoms, but ClubMom gets my pick.

I'm sure Mom would approve.
